Before You Start

Installation

How to Install 🔧

Open OpenIV

Launch OpenIV and select Grand Theft Auto V.

ASI Manager

Menu bar: Tools > ASI Manager → install both "OpenIV.ASI" and "ASI Loader" (if not already installed).

Turn Edit Mode ON

Turn "Edit mode" ON in the top-right corner. If it asks to create the "mods" folder for the first time → click YES.

Package Installer

Menu bar: Tools > Package Installer

Select the file

Choose this file from the folder: VaultGamer_GTA5_Prologue_Hindi_Dub.oiv

Install to mods folder

When prompted, choose ►► Install to mods folder ◄◄. This does NOT touch your original game files — everything is copied into the "mods" folder. 100% safe + reversible.

Done! 🎉

Installation complete! Open the game and play the Prologue — now everything is in Hindi!

Uninstall & Troubleshooting

🗑️ Uninstall (to switch back to English)

Delete these files inside the mods folder in your GTA 5 directory:

  • mods\x64\audio\sfx\SS_NP.rpf
  • mods\x64\audio\sfx\PROLOGUE.rpf
  • mods\x64\audio\sfx\CUTSCENE_MASTERED_ONLY.rpf

Or remove the entire "mods" folder — the game reverts to the original English.

❓ Having issues?

  • No audio / still hearing English? — Confirm ASI Loader + OpenIV.ASI are installed. Did you choose "Install to mods folder" (not the game folder)? Fully close and restart the game.
  • Game crashes / won't start? — Test by removing the "mods" folder. If the game got updated, update OpenIV too.
  • Story Mode only. — Do NOT use mods in GTA Online (you can get banned).
